Contract Notes and Payment Methods

Payment accepted in the following forms:

 Cash

Check (Must be given 14 days to clear)

Credit Cards through Paypal only

US Postal Service Money Orders

Booking Requirements

 Contract must be signed and deposit cleared before a date is set in stone.

The following terms must be met:

For Cakes and Catering:

50% non-refundable deposit due to hold the date

Balance due 3 weeks before event

For DJ or Karaoke

50% non-refundable deposit due to hold the date

Balance due day of event before event begins (In other words, when the DJ/KJ shows up to set up)

Lead Time:

I am constantly being asked, “How much lead time do you need?”  That’s really impossible to answer.  I have some events/gigs booked a year in advance and there are odd times I have a weekend free and can take last minute orders.  It’s all a gamble.  Obviously, the sooner you ask the better chance of my having your date available.

Events (such as cakes or catering) or gigs (such as DJ or Karaoke) booked less then three weeks before the event require a cash or Paypal payment.  Checks will not be accepted as they do not have time to clear and for me to be notified of non-sufficient funds.
