Almost any entree and side item can be made gluten free. We are now offering GF bread!!! It tastes like potato bread. It is s hint denser than conventional bread, but still light and airy. The outside crust is soft yet firm. They can easily be made into buns.
I am proud to say that our gluten-free cakes are not gritty and dry. While not 100% like a wheat-laden cake, they are darn near close. I invite you to request a tasting.
